What We’re Looking For
Scope of Roles
At JB Mortgages, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Offer regulated mortgage advice tailored to client needs and priorities
- Build trusted relationships with JB Mortgages clients with leads provided
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and auditing
- Continuously develop your skills to stay current in the mortgage and financial services industry
- Comply with all internal Compliance and GDPR procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Conduct in-person or remote client interviews
- Analyse client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Provide clear, written advice and maintain detailed audit trails
- Meet performance targets (KPIs) set by management
- Collaborate with advisers and admin staƯ in an open and supportive way
- Identify challenges early and seek guidance from your T&C Supervisor or Compliance Officer
- Maintain and update professional knowledge through ongoing learning
What We’re Looking For
- CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent CII Level 3
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser (for adviser roles)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to work
- Commitment to client service and continuous improvement
